Mental Health News for January

The Confess Project Barber Coalition is a non-profit created to help Black men and boys become the best version of themselves. The Confess Project’s mission is to bridge the gaps in mental health care by providing a safe space for people to talk openly about the struggles they face. 

Actress and Mental Health Activist Taraji P. Henson founded the Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation and recently, the foundation offered free virtual therapy to African Americans affected by the racial unrest and the covid-19 pandemic, which disproportionately affected people of color.
