British-Nigerian artist, photographer, and author Kay Rufai gives teens the chance to talk about what it means to be young, male, and Black. He created the Smile-ing Boys project, which addresses the mental health needs of Black boys while challenging their often-negative media portrayal.  

College students tackle mental health during the pandemic. 

Half of young Black people killed by police are disabled. For instance, Elijah McClain, a 23-year-old Black autistic man was killed by police in 2019. Young Black disabled patients are struggling with their mental health due to racism and police brutality.
